Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your dark aesthetic, but if your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our vault receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
